Edubina R. Garcia

Edubina R. Garcia, of Crystal City, Texas, entered into eternal rest on December 16, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on June 13, 1944, in Crystal City, Texas, Edubina lived her entire life in the place she loved dearly. Her presence was a source of warmth and joy, marked by her deep affection for her family, finding joy in spending quality family time, particularly playing loteria, which brought her great delight.

Edubina is survived by her husband, Enrique Garcia; her loving children, Norma Garcia and Enrique Garcia Jr. (Irene); and her beloved brother, Robert Delgado. She took pride in her role as a grandmother to Ina Martinez, Jeanette Gonzalez, and Rudy Garcia and was also blessed with several great-grandchildren: Christian Joe, Edwin, Laurissa, Emilio, Andy, Millie Rose, Autumn, and Violet, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy. She is also remembered fondly by her niece, Vanessa Verjan, and her nephew, Sebastian Cervantez.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Sotero Rodriguez and Margarita Macias Estrada, along with siblings Enrique Martinez and Josefina Verjan.

Edubina R. Garcia’s legacy of love and fond memories will continue to resonate with all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her commitment to her family and community remains an enduring part of her story, reminding us of the profound impact one life can have on many. She will be dearly missed for her great smile and loving ways. She loved to cook, play bingo and dancing, especially cumbias. Always had food ready and welcomed us to her home with open arms.
